It’s suitable for those who are already recognised as leaders (or emerging leaders) in their sector and want the freedom to work flexibly in the UK.

Key Requirements

To qualify under this route, you must:

✅ Be at least 18 years old
✅ Work in an eligible field: research, arts, or tech
✅ Have either:

• An endorsement from a recognised endorsing body, or

• A qualifying global award (e.g. Nobel Prize, Turing Award, BAFTA)

✅ Be able to show leadership or exceptional promise in your field
✅ Apply within 3 months of receiving endorsement (if using that route)

If You Have a Global Award

If you've received a recognised international prize, you may not need an endorsement. We can help confirm your award is on the Home Office’s approved list and fast-track your application accordingly.
